You can enjoy daily use of the Indoor Heated Swimming Pool and Outdoor Hot Tub, both of which are situated in the main gardens and offer a magnificent, private view over the rolling Warwickshire countryside.  The swimming pool, hot water and heating systems are all powered by wood chip sustainable Green Energy.

Nestled between apple orchards, you can enjoy stunning views over the rolling Warwickshire countryside and enjoy watching the deer and other animals which are regularly seen in the park. Close to amenities and yet hidden away in the tranquil countryside, it’s a wonderful place to stay all year round.

Enjoy fresh food from the onsite Farm Shop, deli and restaurant, join in with yoga classes or sign up for cookery school. Cobbs Farm Shop promotes wholesome, ethical and sustainable food prepared by Artisan producers from the local area. Our guests also benefit from a discount card for the duration of their stay.

You can walk into the village to the local pub, newsagents, order takeaways or pop out to charming restaurants – it’s all on the doorstep.
