The Hayloft Cottage

A 5 star self-catering holiday cottage close to Stratford upon Avon and Warwick

The Hayloft is situated in a delightful location near the village of Snitterfield within easy reach of both Stratford upon Avon and historic Warwick. The Hayloft sleeps up to 4;  two guests on the main mezzanine balcony bedroom, two guests on a sofa bed and we can also provide a travel cot for an infant under 2 years. The bedroom has a wonderfully comfortable king size bed with a pocket sprung, pillow topped mattress finished with hypo allergenic bedding and high quality linen. It has original beams at low level in the bedroom making it feel like a romantic hideaway. The bedroom also has a flat screen TV/DVD player. Downstairs there is a tiled bathroom incorporating a full size bath with shower above. We provide soft plump white hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets. There is an open plan sitting room with very comfortable leather settee. Sofa bed (small double) in the living area.  You will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, which includes a Nespresso coffee machine, with a dining area that has seating for four guests.  We want you to feel at home so there is always a selection of books, board games, dvds and an Xbox. We would be happy to provide you with a travel cot, mattress and highchair should it be required.

Tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be waiting for you, so you can sit down and relax on arrival. For anything else, there is an On-site Farm Shop with an excellent selection of locally sourced produce, deli and restaurant. You have a private garden complete with furniture for alfresco dining. You also benefit from a private car parking space at the front of the cottage. We have a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The Hayloft is very cosy and heated via a green energy biomass boiler which is very efficient and ecologically sound. Experience true relaxation in style.  As one of our guests in the cottages, you can enjoy use of the Indoor Heated Swimming Pool and Outdoor Hot Tub, both of which are situated in the main gardens and offer a magnificent, private view over the rolling Warwickshire countryside. The hot tub is designed to accommodate 6 people with 5 seats and a full-body lounger. Large relaxing hydrotherapy jets ensure you will leave the spa feeling renewed. You can choose to have a gentle walk down our private park, take a picnic and enjoy the stunning views.
