The Cow Pen is a charming self-catering cottage which sleeps two guests and retains many of its original features, with vaulted ceilings and open timber beams it makes a great rural retreat. The location close to the village of Snitterfield makes it ideal for visits to both Stratford upon Avon and Warwick which are both close by. There is an en-suite tiled bathroom, down two steps, incorporating a full size bath with shower above. We provide soft plump white hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets. You will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a dining area that has seating for four guests. There is an open plan sitting room with a very comfortable corner sofa. The Cow Pen is very cosy and heated via a green energy biomass boiler that is very efficient and ecologically sound. We want you to feel at home so there is always a selection of books, magazines, board games and dvds in the cottage. We would be happy to provide you with a travel cot, mattress and highchair should it be required.
There will be tea, coffee, sugar and milk waiting for you, so you can sit down and relax on arrival. For anything else, there is an on-site Farm Shop with an excellent selection of locally sourced produce, deli and restaurant. There is a private car parking space adjacent to the cottage. You have your own private gravelled garden, complete with colourful planted pots and garden furniture for alfresco dining. There is also separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Experience true relaxation in style. As one of our guests in the cottages, you can enjoy private times to use the Indoor Heated Swimming Pool and Outdoor Hot Tub, both of which are situated in the main gardens and offer a magnificent, private view over the rolling Warwickshire countryside. The outdoor hot tub is designed to accommodate 6 people with 5 seats and a full-body lounger. Relaxing hydrotherapy jets ensure you leave the spa feeling renewed. You can choose to have a gentle walk down our private park, take a picnic and enjoy the stunning views.
