The Stables Cottage is a beautiful, single-story barn-conversion with two bedrooms which sleeps up to four guests. It is set in the grounds of a fruit farm conveniently situated close to both Stratford upon Avon and Warwick near the village of Snitterfield. The self-catering cottage retains many of its original features with vaulted ceilings and open timber beams. You will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a separate dining area with seating for six guests. There is an open plan sitting room with two comfortable leather Sofology settees. The first bedroom has a 5ft king size bed with luxurious bedding to ensure you enjoy a good nights sleep. The twin room has two 3ft single beds. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV/DVD player. We would be happy to provide you with a travel cot, mattress and highchair should it be required. There is a large family bathroom that is fully tiled to provide a full wet room. It has a roll top bath with shower attachment plus a separate large open shower. We provide plump white hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be waiting for you, so you can sit down and relax on arrival. We want you to feel at home so there is always a selection of books, magazines, games and dvds in the cottage. For anything else, there is an onsite Farm Shop with an excellent selection of locally sourced produce, deli and restaurant. Outside you have a private garden with decking area and rattan garden furniture. There are two private car parking spaces at the front of the cottage. We have a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Experience true relaxation in style. As one of our guests in the cottages, you can enjoy use of the Indoor Heated Swimming Pool and Outdoor Hot Tub, both of which are situated in the main gardens and offer a magnificent, private view over the rolling Warwickshire countryside. The hot tub is designed to accommodate 6 people with 5 seats and a full-body lounger. Large relaxing hydrotherapy jets ensure you will leave the spa feeling renewed. You can choose to have a gentle walk down our private park, take a picnic and enjoy the stunning views.
